Sheng
Chi means "moving upward" or "moving
forward", it is a positive Chi to be found in places
that are bright, refreshing and uplifting. Living in these
places are generally content and happy.
Sheng Chi is normally found by a forest, a wood, the sea,
a park, a field, a higher ground or other naturally pleasant
setting. People with Sheng Chi are full of hope and
optimism.
Hong Kong is a good example here, the natural terrain of
Hong Kong Island is widely regarded as providing Sheng Chi
and good Feng Shui, with the high ground of the Peak to the
rear and an unobstructed body of water, Victoria Harbour, to
the front. Between the hills and the water lies Hong Kong's
famous financial strip with modern building and growing
technology.
